International eProcurement runs two separate marketplaces rather than one product trying to serve every kind of buyer. Housing Agency Marketplace is purpose-built around HUD procurement rules. USA Buyers Marketplace, still in development, is aimed at a wider range of public and private sector buyers who don’t need that specific regulatory fit.

Housing Agency Marketplace
Public housing agencies, HUD-funded agencies, and the vendors who bid on their solicitations.
Housing Agency Marketplace is built around HUD procurement guidelines, not adapted to them after the fact. Agencies advertise solicitations, collect bids, and award contracts in one workspace. Vendors search open solicitations, submit bids, and track awards in their own.
HUD procurement carries its own rules on solicitation notices, bid documentation, and audit trails. Software built around those rules from the start holds up better under a compliance review than a general-purpose procurement tool with HUD requirements added on afterward.

USA Buyers Marketplace applies the same procurement expertise behind Housing Agency Marketplace to a broader set of public and private sector buyers. It is currently in development and has not launched.
